No, we do not, having patrols causes delays as is shown by those that use patrols. By using patrols there is always a tendency to stack breakdowns up so own patrols can be used. We have liveried vehicles, but they are based with our agents, we always use the nearest available agent, thereby minimising delays.

Policy Information

Here at Autohome, we reward policy holders that have not claimed a breakdown on their policy. No claims discount is applied after every complete year you have not claimed. To learn more about the discounts you could earn, call our membership team on 0800 371280.

You can make changes to your policy, such as changing address or vehicle by calling our membership department on 0800 371280.

You can add or remove vehicles by calling our membership department on 0800 371280. You do not need to wait for your policy renewal, changes can be made part way through your policy year.

We will post your policy documents, along with your membership card and car windscreen sticker. These documents will arrive within a few working days from the day you take out a policy with us.

There are two options available when planning on driving abroad. You can upgrade your membership to Europlus which will cover your vehicle in Europe for the remaining length of your policy. Alternatively, you can purchase Continental Cover just for the period you are away. Continental cover is available to purchase for 1 or more days. Autohome offers a unique service for owners of mobility scooters and powered wheelchairs. Our policy covers you if your mobility scooter or powerchair breaks down away from home. Autohome will collect you and your product and recover you back home (within the distance limit of the policy).
